Personal Training: We offer either
a 30 or 60 minute individually tailored program made to meet each client’s goal of weight (fat) loss, muscle
toning (sculpting), muscle building, sport specific training, bridal shape up and/or strength & conditioning.
Programs are available for women, men, youth, seniors and athletes. Rates are $18.75 - $37.50
per session depending on the package purchased. We offer 1, 2 & 3 day per week programs, which can be purchased in 5,
10 or 20 week packages. Train with a partner and receive 10% off each, with the Dynamic Dual Discount. Police, Fire, E.M.S.,
Military & Student Discounts (High School & College) are also available with proper I.D. We also offer Exclusive
1 On 1 & In Home Training at a slightly higher rate.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Get Fit Boot Camp: This is a 30
minute instructed total body transformation class (indoor / out door with weather permitting) that incorporates functional
training, cardiovascular, weight training along with strength & conditioning drills at the most economical
rate. It's designed to shed body fat, tone muscles, speed up your metabolism, increase your strength & endurance improving
your overall physical appearance and mental health. Rates are $9.25 - $16 per class depending on the package
purchased. We offer 1 & 2 day per week programs (for groups of 3 - 10), which can be purchased
in 5 or 10 week packages. THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE GROUP FITNESS
CLASS!
Butts And Guts: This is a 30 minute
instructed, low impact class (for groups of 3 - 8) designed specifically to focus on the legs, abdominals & buttocks.
It's designed for people with busy schedules looking for a quick & effective workout with maximum results. Rates are 5 Classes for $60 & 10 Classes for $107.50. We currently offer this class
on Saturday's (9:00AM - 11:00AM call for exact time). WE
